After interviewing several nationally recognized educational search firms, the committee has selected The Education Group (TEG) for its broad experience in head of school searches and the group’s demonstrated understanding of the Northern Neck and the uniqueness of Chesapeake Academy.
Katherine Moncure Stuart and Bob Veto will guide the Search Committee through the process of selecting Chesapeake Academy’s next Head of School.
The consultants will visit campus on June 9th to meet with various constituents within our community, including faculty, staff, administrators, parents, current students, and alumni.
The community will also receive a survey prior to the consultants’ visit to campus. This survey, along with the campus visit, will help our consultants better understand our community, as well as develop a position profile highlighting the personal and professional qualities CA seeks in its next Head of School.
