Thank you for your interest in the
Community Oyster Roast!

In order to ensure that the Oyster Roast is safe for our guests, we have a strict limit on the number of tickets sold.

 

We sincerely apologize to those who could not get tickets! Please look for the opportunity to take the Oyster Roast home with you with our popular Shuck-It Bucket available on November 18.

 

COVID Protocols for the Community Oyster Roast:

The Community Oyster Roast is outside on campus at Chesapeake Academy, rain or shine.  Guests should bring a face mask to wear if/when they enter a school building.  Masks are optional for guests outside.

Additional safeguards:
*limited ticket sales
*all servers wear masks and gloves
*tables and food serving stations spread out
*hand sanitizing stations

Please do not attend the event if you are exhibiting any signs of illness, have tested positive for COVID in the 10 days prior to the event, or have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID in the 10 days prior to the event.

If you have tickets, but cannot attend, please call or email Catherine Emry cemry@chesapeakeacademy.org (804-438-5575). We can apply your ticket to a Shuck-It Bucket or resell your ticket. There are no refunds for tickets. Thank you for helping keep our event goers healthy and safe!
